Installation guide
Adverships installs in one click from your platform's app marketplace. There is no theme editing and no code to paste — installing the app provisions your Adverships account, turns on storefront click tracking, and registers order tracking automatically.
- Find Adverships in your app marketplace Open the BigCommerce, Shopify, or Wix app marketplace (or the WordPress plugin directory for WooCommerce) and search for Adverships.
- Install and approve Click install and approve the requested permissions. Adverships completes the secure handshake with your store automatically.
- Land on your dashboard When the handshake finishes you're taken straight to your Adverships dashboard inside your store's admin. Tracking is already live — no snippet to copy.
On a custom or other platform? You can still use Adverships. Create an account at adverships.com, then copy the tracking pixel shown on your dashboard's Install Code card onto your storefront. Everything below works the same way.
Using Adverships
Once you're on your dashboard, here's the whole flow from setup to paying creators.
- Set your commission rate Choose the default commission (and optional cost-per-click) you'll pay partners. You can override it per campaign or per creator later.
- Invite creators Share your branded invite link or invite a creator by email. Each creator gets their own unique tracking link to your store.
- Approve partnership requests Creators who want to promote your products appear as pending requests on your dashboard. Approve the ones you want to work with.
- Sales track automatically When a shopper clicks a creator's link and orders on your store, Adverships records the sale and credits the right creator — no manual reconciliation. Refunds and cancellations void the matching commission on their own.
- Watch your analytics Clicks, revenue, commissions, and exactly what you owe update in real time on your dashboard and analytics pages.
- Pay your creators Fund your balance and pay creators from it. Adverships keeps a clear record of what's owed and what's already been paid.
A note for creators
If you're a creator rather than a store owner, you don't install anything. Sign up as a creator, accept a brand's invite, and share your unique tracking link with your audience. Your clicks, attributed sales, and earnings show up on your own dashboard, and you get paid once your balance reaches the payout minimum. See Adverships for creators for more.
